Greg is a lawyer-entrepreneur. He founded his firm after gaining valuable experience in a traditional large firm and has spent over 20 years advising clients in a wide array of business and real estate matters.

For much of the early years of his career, Greg focused in complex commercial disputes, where he actively litigated cases to trial, handled a number of appeals and developed a deep understanding of the benefits of avoiding unnecessary litigation. It was during those years that Greg first recognized his ability to establish a lasting rapport with his clients by focusing on pragmatic solutions instead of protracted battles. After earning his clients’ trust in the close quarters of litigation, many of those same clients naturally returned seeking counsel in matters not involving litigation. Always craving a challenge, Greg expanded his practice to include business and real estate transactions to meet his clients’ needs. And, to fully serve his real estate clients, Greg became a title agent.

Today, Greg is a sought-after strategic legal advisor providing counsel in matters ranging from real estate sales and acquisitions, business formation and mergers and acquisitions to litigation risk analysis and pre-suit resolution. He believes that clients want practical, effective and efficient legal solutions to the myriad of issues facing them. Greg leverages his diverse skillset, and passion for the law, markets, politics and the economy, to achieve those goals and travel with his clients through their various projects.

Greg is an avid golfer and runner and enjoys the simple pleasure of a good cortado.

Corporate counsel for a worldwide “just in time” aircraft and engine parts company specializing in commercial and military application; most recently assisted with the acquisition of a propeller maintenance company, along with industrial warehouse headquarters.

Corporate counsel for a state-of-the-art citrus growing enterprise; most recently assisted with the formation of an opportunity zone fund and facilitated the acquisition of a 147 acre agricultural land site.

Closed multi-million-dollar loan on behalf of a private lender funding the acquisition of a one-of-a-kind super yacht.

Negotiated the sale of a multi-state trucking and logistics company.

Corporate counsel for a national truck dealership; most recently advised in successful joint venture to expand dealership offering and footprint.

Corporate counsel for a property owner’s association responsible for overseeing a 1,200 acre industrial park, which is home to over 70 businesses and over 6 million square feet of planned industrial real estate.

Corporate counsel for a landmark Florida restaurant; most recently managed the successful resolution of American’s with Disability Act claim.

Represented technology entrepreneur in the negotiation and sale of an international software company focused in Latin America.

Corporate counsel for multi-unit restauranteur; most recently negotiated long-term shopping center lease.

Accepted a three (3) month visiting counsel position with a boutique Argentinian law firm, working from the firm’s Buenos Aires office with its start-up and venture capital team focused in clients seeking to expand into the United States market.
